However, customer pays the return shipping charge to The Parts Giant and The Parts Giant for the shipping back to you. All replacements are shipped ground unless other wise indicated by the customer.
What happens if I refuse a shipment From The Parts Giant
If you want refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we will need to charge a 40% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.

New Open Box: These products have never been used; the only difference between the New and New Open Box is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to cancelled order, inspection or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse but still have warranty depend on products category. However, the inside contents are complete.
